HOW TO JUMP START A MODERN INTERNATIONAL WAR

This project HOW TO JUMP START A MODERN INTERNATIONAL WAR is a ten or fifteen minute educational video.

World War I was started on the order of an Emperor of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, joined by the Kaiser (Emperor) of Germany . The subsequent rise of democracy and the middle class has brought public relations to declarations. The protocol for each of the four big international wars of the last 100 years----World War II,the Korean War, the Vietnam War, and the Iraq War----has been substantially similar and composed of three steps:
(1) mobilization, (2) provocation, and (3) invasion.
In each case, the key element was that mobilization occurred before the provocation, which was in each case artificially contrived and became simply the last stage before the invasion.

College history study needs this protocol front and center.
There are four totally independent dialog scenes, each less than two minutes, two of the characters in each.

To be frank, there is no money in a short educational video like this, but I have always wanted to do something for peace and the issue becomes more pressing, and I have always wanted to use animation. Any actors who would like to try one or more of these voices and get experience, demo, and credit, and can make a decent recording without background noises,, in WAV or MP3 or some other format that will play in Flash, then please advise me, and I will send you the script. I can even convert iTunes format. Or mail me a CD. The whole script is just over five pages.

So it is not a lot of work, and I can guarantee the project will get completed and put out there. My film work has been recognized and selected by schools, colleges, libraries, and other public institutions..

The film has five sections of historical newsreel footage and four dialog scenes. The newsreel footage is already complete and ready. The dialog scenes feature two cartoon characters each, caricatures of historical characters.

Here are my eight cartoon characters: Goebbels, Hitler, Kim Il Sung, Syghman Rhee, Robert McNamara, Lyndon Johnson, Dick Cheney, and George Bush, Jr.

There are four dialog scenes, about two minutes each, two of the characters in each.

The characters are wild comedy—but verbal, not physical comedy. I see the script as fun to do. The characters are wild, but verbally, not physically wild.

Actors who are interested and willing and able to make a simple voice recording in a WAV or MP3 or even iTunes file with no background sounds and email it to me, please send me an email request, and I will send you the five-page script with which to proceed.
