CRIME SCENE TO THE UNKNOWN

R. Hays is casting for the non-union feature film thriller "Crime Scene To The Unknown", a 16mm feature film to be shot in Los Angeles and San Bernardino in mid-Nov. '09. Seeking non-union talent only. Audition dates are TBD.

STORY LINE: In an attempt to reconstruct and solve a series of freakish serial killings, a homicide detective discovers himself in maelstrom where the extraterrestrial and the supernatural worlds have collided. The consequences of this collision will alter earth’s destiny.

[TONY RUSTIC] 40's, LAPD Detective. He's worked the dark-side of homicide for twenty LA street-fighting years. Hardened and unrelenting at his job, he's seen his share of corruption, crime and murder on both sides of the law, but has always been a straight-player positioning himself as an outsider and sometimes dangerous to many of his badged brethren. Consequently, he works alone. He thought he had seen everything until now. He's been assigned to work a bizarre series of murders that he senses the city officials would like to forget. By unraveling the truth behind these killings he will be taken into two worlds that few have traveled, one - the realm of the transcendental, the other - the outer domain of extraterrestrial. This is a LEAD ROLE.

[SUE SAYER] Female, 18-20 (to play 16). Sue is a teenage psychic and lives in New Orleans' French Quarter, having moved from Biloxi, Mississippi with her single mom. Her clairvoyant gifts are powerful and most often clash with her desire to be just a normal girl. She is smart, pretty, with a sense of humor, which she has developed as a way of dealing with having to look into the eyes of a stranger, a neighbor, or a friend and know that person will fall in love, win $10,000 at the blackjack table or be murdered by an insane ex-boy friend. This is a supporting role.

[LANCE PECKER] Male, 20's. A good-looking guy, thin, and athletic who is also quite funny. Lance is the nephew of a famed alien-hunting dentist named Otto Pecker. Uncle Otto disappeared around the time a series of murders were taking place in the desert. Lance created an 'Alien Tours' business as an excuse to search for his uncle . This is a supporting role.
