Project Synopsis:
Everyone loves the main character George Bailey from "It's A Wonderful Life." That's a fact. But whatever happened to Sam Wainwright?! Who’s Sam Wainwright? Only one of George Baileys best friends...and Mary's former boyfriend. Remember when George and Mary where on the phone with Sam? They suddenly locked eyes, admitted their love for each other, kissed and hugged, and the rest was cinema history. But they dropped the phone with Sam on the other end. What was Sam thinking? Had Sam just lost Mary forever? Part morality tale, part vaudeville comedy, "Hee-Haw" looks at the underbelly of Bedford Falls and those people who are at the fringe of their community

Sam Wainright is a polished MC with great timing and a wicked sense of humor. A Bob Hope set in the days of Vaudeville who masks a certain darkness. Sam lost his girl to George Bailey and is set on showing the world that his childhood friend isn't as great as everyone thinks. Good singing voice. Must be able to do Irish accent

We will be casting in This Sunday, November 1st from 1p-3p in NYC (place TBD)

The rehearsal run from November 2nd - December 2nd. Performances are December 3rd - December 20th @ Nuyorican Poets Cafe.
